4. Delivery costs for subscriptions

Delivery price is included in the price of our subscription products. These products include, but are not limited to, DOXA Sport OPTIMIZE and DOXA Sport OPTIMIZE PRO.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery on our website or on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery problems

In the event of late delivery, loss or damage of your parcel, please contact our support department at support@mydoxa.com within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date.
